Leashes of Love 
is an ongoing donation initiative that is grass roots based developed as one of
several rescue initiatives of Adore That Dog. 

Individuals are encouraged to donate gently used or new leashes, collars,
or harnesses to a local rescue group for the ongoing flow of
homeless and abused dogs they rescue.

Rescue group lists are available on Petfinder.com,
